When I open the CSV files in Microsoft Excel, the values in some of the columns are marked as #######. Is it an software issue? Please help.
[+] Expand
Answer: No, it is not a software issue.  The default width of the column in MicroSoft Excel is too short too display the value. That is the reason the values in some of the columns are marked as ######. If you make the columns wider in Excel, you will see the values without problem. CSV is a simple spreadsheet format and has no control of the default column width.
When I open the CSV files in Microsoft Excel, I can only see the trip destination (To part) in itinerary and cannot see the trip source(From part). Is it an software issue? Please help.
[+] Expand
Answer: No, it is not a software issue.  The default height of the row in Microsoft Excel is too short too display multiple lines. That is the reason you can only see the last line of itinerary. If you make the row height longer in Excel, you will see multiple lines without problem. CSV is a simple spreadsheet format and has no control of the default row height.

The GPS feature doesn't work properly on my device. I get the message gps satellite searching timed out. Can you help?
[+] Expand
Answer: We tested Mileage Tracker with 20 most popular Android devices and GPS feature works fine without any issue.

To properly use GPS on Android device, here are something you can check:

1) If you have not use GPS for a long time, it will take much longer time to locate GPS satellites for the first time. You need to be patient to get it done.

2) The weather is also a factor. If the weather is not good, your GPS receive cannot locate the satellites. If the weather is cloudy, snowing or rain, it's also very hard for your device to receive GPS signal. If that's the case, once the sky is clear, the issue should disappear automatically.

3) There are many other factors. In order to receive good GPS signal from GPS satellites, a clear view of sky is required. So, if you are in a building, the device may not able to receiving GPS signal correctly. If you are in downtown with lots big buildings, it is very hard for your device to receive GPS satellite signal.

4) Make sure you turn on GPS service from Settings-> Location Service-> GPS Satellites.

5) Turn on 3G or 4G wireless network will help to quickly location GPS satellites.

6) Make sure the app is not running in Timer Only Mode.

7) If you checked all above items and still cannot get GPS signal. You may need to double check to see if device is broken. You can try another GPS apps to see if GPS is working fine on your device.

It would appear that there is some overlap on your apps, please help me to decide on which products I need.
